Go to the marker at the nightclub after a brief cutscene, some Ultor guards arrive at the club to try and kill you. Go to the mission marker and activate the cutscene.
Not really a mission, but a cutscene where Ultor leader Vogel lays out his plans for Stilwater. There are five missions and one stronghold in the epilogue.
To win this achievement you have to complete the Ultor epilogue, a series of missions that won't become available until you've finished the other three storylines.
